Shipping and handling Shipping charges will be calculated when your order is complete, based on your order's total weight, your location, and the shipping method (UPS Ground unless requested otherwise). A 10% Handling Fee will be added to this amount, and the total Shipping and Handling Fee will be added to your invoice. All orders are packaged securely in appropriate cardboard cartons and shipped from York, PA by UPS Ground. Please call if you require expedited shipping or an alternate carrier.
Your online order will be acknowledged on the first business day after your order is placed. Your order will ship within 2 weeks of your order acknowledgement. Your actual Delivery Date will vary based on transit time from York, PA. You will receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped and the exact charges to your credit card. The UPS tracking number will be included in the e-mail so you can track your package online at UPS.com.
Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped. Your final invoiced amount will be the total of the quoted piece price times the quantity shipped, plus shipping and handling fees.
Warranty We guarantee your satisfaction with our materials and workmanship for the reasonable life of our products. If you are not satisfied with our product's construction or performance, please call us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund of your purchase price (at our discretion).
Returns All baskets ordered through our website are made specifically to your exact specifications (size, mesh, material, handle, etc.) and are not returnable except for manufacturing defects. Please check your order carefully before processing. |
